How do we get access?+
Send us a message below. Every company gets its own subdomain (yourcompany.boothmanager.eu), with colleagues and customer data kept strictly separate from anyone else’s.
What does it cost?+
€749 a year for unlimited fairs and colleagues, or €149 a month. Business, with an onboarding session and priority support, is €1,749 a year. Everything is on the Pricing page.
Where is our data stored?+
In Frankfurt, Germany — both the database (Supabase, eu-central-1) and the application (Vercel, fra1). The privacy page names the optional extras that run elsewhere: calendar-sync e-mail and card payments.
How do you keep our data separate from other companies?+
Every table has row-level security: the database itself refuses a query for rows outside your company, so a bug in our code can’t leak them. Details on the Security page.
Can we get a data processing agreement?+
Yes — a standard-form DPA (Art. 28 GDPR) is available in-app; a company administrator can review and accept it under Company settings.
Which languages does BoothManager support?+
English, German and Dutch. Each colleague picks their own language in Settings.
Can we import our existing customer list?+
Yes — colleagues, rooms and customers can be brought in from a CSV or Excel file. No retyping.
Can meetings sync with our own calendar?+
Yes — CC our sync address on an invite in Outlook, Google or Apple Calendar and it lands in BoothManager automatically, or send an invitation straight from BoothManager to the customer.
Does it work on a phone at the booth?+
Yes — on the stand the whole plan opens in a phone-first menu built for thumbs: planning, today’s schedule and check-in.
Do you make backups?+
Every night, automatically. An administrator can download a copy or restore one, at no extra cost.
